Asavari is a passionate educator of the science of yoga, Ayurveda, and Sanskrit. She is a classically trained doctor of Ayurveda, teaches graduate-level courses at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing, and leads Green Lotus’s Sanskrit teacher training course. Her family of origin has practiced yoga for generations, providing a deep foundation and lived experience that translates theory, philosophy, and history into practice.
