* Guest passes can be used by new students to Green Lotus and students who do not have a package or a membership, including memberships that are on hold, to attend a class with a sponsoring member. Unused guest passes do not accumulate. Guest passes are not valid for virtual classes.
** For Flex 4 and Flex 8 memberships, classes are good for two months so you can be flexible with your schedule as long as you are an active member! Flex memberships and class packages can be used for virtual classes.

Both 1 month options expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

Yes! Each Green Lotus center welcomes you to get on your mat and practice. Visit us in Lakeville and Mendota Heights and online.

Signing up for class ahead of time doesn’t save your spot. We allow students into the studio until capacity is reached. We have this policy in place because we never charge you for a missed class.

Yes! We participate in fitness reimbursement programs that pay you for taking your favorite classes. You may also be eligible for 4 free classes each month with FitPass 4 membership for Renew Active and One Pass members.

Yes! Students can purchase class price options at the center. Bring your school ID to class with you to attend in-person classes for a reduced rate:
12 - 18 years old, $12
19 - 24 years old, $15 -
While it is possible, our recommendation is to use up the package classes as it will be the most cost-effective choice.

It’s easy: We just need 30 days of notice. For example, if your membership renews on the 16th, notify us by the 15th of the prior month. Please visit the Membership Management page and fill out the cancellation form and we will take care of it.

Memberships may be cancelled or flexed down with 30 days notice and re-instated or flexed up upon your return. The minimum suspension period is one month and the maximum is six months. You may not suspend your membership more than once in every twelve months. To suspend, visit the Membership Management page.

Our current policy, which remains in effect, considers medical cases on an individual basis and must be accompanied by a doctor’s letter of explanation to be considered. Please visit our Membership Management page to contact a manager.

5-class packages can be extended/renewed if the new package is purchased within 60 days of the expired one. 5-class packages also can be extended by paying a $25 reactivation fee within 60 days of the expiration date. Expired classes will be extended for 2 additional months one time only. The Rolling 10-class packs cannot be extended or renewed.

Unused classes can be used the following month only. They do not accrue beyond that.

You can flex up your membership to one that has more classes or attend additional classes at a discount. Flex 4 and Flex 8 members get additional classes for $18, (regular price $25). These class price options are available to purchase at the studio. If you preregister for class, just pay when you arrive or over the phone prior to class. If you would like to flex up your membership, let us know on the Membership Management page.

Sometimes we have special kid-focused classes, and of course they can attend those! For our regular weekly classes kids 12 and older can attend with a parent or guardian in class. Kids 14 and older may attend with parental approval and a signed release. Kids are expected to participate maturely and not disrupt class. We acknowledge that all kids are unique so to discuss this further, or if you have questions, please contact a studio manager by email.

Simply bring your guest to an in-person class. We ask that your guests not be active members or current package holders. Flex Plus members get 1 guest pass each month and they expire after 1 month. Flex 8 members get 4 guest passes per year and they expire quarterly. Unused guest passes do not accumulate.

Class packages and memberships are non-refundable. If you have extenuating circumstances, you may petition for a refund by emailing membership@greenlotusyogactr.com. Any refunds are are at the discretion of management; services incurred will be charged at drop-in pricing.
Green Lotus Weather Policy
If the public schools in Lakeville and/or Mendota Heights close due to snow and unsafe road conditions, Green Lotus automatically will cancel classes and appointments at the respective centers. If schools close because of cold temperatures, we will open as usual.
During non-school hours, when there is excessive snowfall, we will make a decision quickly. If we decide to cancel, we will communicate to you through our home page, the live schedule, an email blast, and by phone if you have preregistered. We also will post to our Facebook pages.
I have been a Green Lotus yoga member for over 10 years. The teachers are highly trained, there are a wide variety of classes, and my unlimited membership is the perfect choice for me. If I can't make it to the studio, I can practice at home anytime. Thank you Green Lotus for being there.
