Tracy has been exploring movement in its many forms since she began studying dance in her teens. Her passion for the art of movement guided her to a career as a dancer and later as a choreographer. An injury spurred Tracy to seek a way to heal her body. She found a massage therapist in the city where she was living at the time, Colorado Springs, who worked with Olympic figure skaters and other athletes. He not only treated her injuries, but also educated her about what he was doing and why and sparked an interest in anatomy and bodywork. In 2002, Tracy graduated from CenterPoint School of Massage & Bodywork, where she received training in Swedish, deep-tissue massage, and trigger-point therapy. She earned certification in aromatherapy through the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy.

While working as a massage therapist in a busy fitness center, Tracy was introduced to Vinyasa yoga. She fell in love with the practice and began taking daily classes. She “accidentally” taught her first class when the regular instructor got a flat tire on the way to class. Following that, her instructor mentored her, and she soon began subbing and teaching her own Vinyasa classes. Tracy completed her 200- and 500-hour yoga teacher-training certifications to share her passion and perspective with others.

Tracy offers massage with aromatherapy and topical-application options. Private instruction is available utilizing gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation techniques for balance in the physical and energetic bodies.

Tracy's belief that healing comes from within is what guides her work. She seeks to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients and to apply techniques that will support their own natural healing processes, whether in a bodywork session, yoga class, or private session.
