Green Lotus participates in Renew Active and One Pass programs for Medicare, Medicaid, and certain commercial insurance providers that allows you to take four free classes per month. We also work with other insurance companies’ fitness reimbursement programs where you get paid for attending your favorite classes.

Get Free Classes with FitPass 4 Membership

Green Lotus participates in Renew Active , One Pass, and Aaptiv Advantage programs through Medicare, Medicaid, and some commercial insurance providers. With a qualifying healthcare plan, you can sign up for Green Lotus’ FitPass 4 Membership which gives you four free in-person classes per month to use at any of our locations. FitPass 4 Membership is free, and there is no fee to get started. You may combine FitPass 4 Membership with our other memberships or packages to take virtual or on-demand classes or for additional in-person classes. To get started, check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility and obtain your Activation Code, then stop by one of our locations to begin your free membership.

Get Paid to Take Classes - Fitness Reimbursement Program

Would you like to get paid to take your favorite classes? Several insurance companies pay up to $20 per month. Check with your insurance company to see if you qualify.* Complete the enrollment form below, include a voided check and a copy of your insurance card, and drop off at the front desk.  Pay the $5 one-time enrollment fee below.  

Participating Insurance Companies

*Each student must be at least 18 years old, and up to two people can enroll per household. Insurance reimbursement payments come from the insurance company and the timing of them varies. In general, when first signing up, the first payment will arrive within about 60-90 days. Attendance is calculated from the first of the month to the last day of the month. Details of fitness reimbursement attendance requirements and reimbursement amounts vary. Please check with your insurance company representative.
